You can apply directly through the listing or through our Tenant Portal. Each listing includes an “Apply Now” button that will walk you through the process.

Is there an application fee?

Yes, a non-refundable application fee to cover background and credit screening. The amount will be listed on the application page.

What's your screening criteria?

We conduct thorough background checks, income verification, and rental history. We also comply with all Fair Housing laws and use the same screening criteria for every applicant.

What documents are needed to apply?

Typically, we ask for:

• A valid government-issued ID

• Proof of income (pay stubs, offer letter, or bank statements)

• Contact info for previous landlords (if applicable)

How long does the application process take?

Most applications are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on how quickly we receive verifications.
